4. Bookings and Payments
When booking a session or purchasing a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to pay the applicable fee.
Prices, payment methods and any applicable taxes will be communicated at the time of booking or purchase.
A booking is confirmed once payment or other agreed confirmation has been received.
Specific booking, cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms may apply to individual services and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights or protections you may have under applicable British Columbia or Canadian consumer-protection legislation.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
All sessions, consultations, and retreats are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the work.
Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Missed or last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) will be considered forfeited.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us and we will consider the circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Lara reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to health, personal, or family emergencies without liability. In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time or refunded as appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
6. Online Sessions
For online sessions, you are responsible for having a suitable private environment, a stable internet connection and access to the technology required to participate.
Please choose a location where you feel physically safe and where you can participate without unnecessary interruption.
Because online communication relies on technology, we cannot guarantee that sessions will always be uninterrupted or free from technical difficulties.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect the privacy of the people who work with us and will treat personal information shared with us with care.
However, Sacred Mirrors Wellness is not a regulated healthcare practice, and confidentiality may not be governed by the same professional obligations that apply to regulated healthcare professionals.
